Crucible Hub and LOOPS invite you to a combination of movement, networking and innovation. Because when ideas move fast, so should you.

We start with a motivational mini-lecture followed by a shared warm-up at Crucible Hub Oslo. Then we set off on a 4 km route along beautiful Fredensborg and Akerselva. The route is suitable for all levels, and you set your own pace, whether you want to walk or jog.

Refreshing power smoothies from our café Smakeriet at Crucible Hub will be waiting for you when you return.
